SINGAPORE | 25 MAY 2026  Coda today announced two key leadership appointments as the company accelerates the growth of its global digital commerce business.

The changes reflect the evolution of Coda’s business following a period of rapid expansion, including the acquisition of Recharge in August 2025, and the continued international growth of its monetization, payments, distribution, and consumer platform solutions.

Abhi Sharma takes on expanded role of Chief Operating Officer of Coda’s global operations

Abhi has served as Coda’s Chief Financial Officer for the past five years and has played a central role in scaling the company’s global operations and financial infrastructure. In his new role, he will oversee operations, payments, risk and fraud, legal and compliance, and corporate development across the business.

The appointment reflects the increasing scale and complexity of Coda’s business as it continues to build a globally integrated platform operating across multiple markets and regulatory environments.

Abhi will remain based in Singapore, which continues to serve as the headquarters for the company’s business.

Freddy Dijkman appointed Chief Financial Officer of Coda’s global operations

Freddy Dijkman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Coda’s global operations.

Freddy previously served as CFO of Recharge, where he played a key role in building the company’s financial foundations and supporting its growth across Europe. He brings deep experience across finance, operations, and strategic planning, alongside a strong understanding of the combined business following the Recharge integration.

As CFO, Freddy will be based in Amsterdam, overseeing Coda’s global finance organization as the company continues expanding across products, partnerships, and markets.

As part of these leadership changes, Martine Tiemersma will be leaving Coda after nine years with the business. Coda thanks Martine for her significant contributions to the business over nearly a decade, including her role in building Recharge and supporting the integration of the combined company.

These leadership appointments position Coda for its next phase of growth, with a leadership structure designed to support greater global scale, stronger operational coordination, and long-term execution across the combined business.
