Today Coda Payments (Coda), the leading provider of cross-border payments and distribution solutions for digital content, announced it had been certified as a Great Place to Work™ (GPTW). While it is a first for Coda’s Indonesia office to be recognised for its stellar work culture, it also marks the third GPTW certification Coda has received globally, in addition to the previously certified Singapore and Philippines offices. With over 500 employees worldwide in over 30 countries, this certification promises a quality culture even with the rapid expansion of Coda’s workforce.
“We are extremely pleased to be a Great Place to Work in Indonesia, home of Coda’s largest team. As this marks our third GPTW certification, this achievement proves that Coda's strong spirit of teamwork and treasured culture are present throughout the company.” says Linda Lee, VP of People at Coda Payments.
According to the survey, 91% of Codans agreed that the Indonesia office is a great workplace. This accreditation is a testament to the Indonesia team's behind-the-scenes efforts to build a culture where employees feel at home and a friendly work environment that encourages teamwork and a sense of belonging.
When asked what they like best about their workplace, employees highlighted a deep camaraderie with fellow team members in a friendly, welcoming environment that advocates for teamwork and respect for all. At the same time, employees also acknowledged that the diversity and inclusivity at Coda are more than just a buzzword but a way of life. Hence, they take pride in the company’s positive reputation for its active efforts to make all employees and new joiners feel welcomed.
