These terms and conditions apply when you use Coda’s content distribution services in the relevant Territory.
Publisher Content. The Publisher shall, at all times, ensure that the Publisher Content supplied and/or delivered to End User: (i) meets the description, quantity and quality, and possesses the functionality, compatibility, interoperability, accessibility, continuity, security, and other features as disclosed to the End User and/or otherwise advertised or communicated to the public by the Publisher; (ii) is fit for any particular purpose for which the End User requires it or reasonably expects from it or for normal use; (iii) is supplied with all accessories, instructions, including on installation, integration, and assistance as required by the End User; (iv) conforms with its most recent version, including trial version or preview version (where applicable); (v) shall in no case exceed AUD 5,000 for each and every denomination of voucher/gift codes issued by the Publisher; and (vi) complies with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, government and judicial orders, judgments and decrees, or industry standards in each Territory, including but not limited to any applicable game rating requirements and accessibility requirements.
Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund to an End User if the End User complains under the following circumstances:
In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Customer support. The Publisher shall provide all necessary support and assistance required by Coda to attend to and/or resolve the End User’s queries and/or complaints in respect of the Publisher Content in a timely manner. The Publisher shall respond to product-related queries and/or complaints submitted by the End User to Coda within the following timeframes.
1. Publisher Content delivery-related queries or complaints:
– Priority: Medium
– Response Timeframe: 12 hours (Monday-Sunday)
– Resolution Timeframe: 24 hours (Monday-Sunday)

– Priority: Medium
– Response Timeframe: 12 hours (Monday-Sunday)
Publisher Content. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Publisher shall, at all times, ensure that the Publisher Content supplied and/or delivered to End User: (i) meets the description, quantity and quality, and possesses the functionality, compatibility, interoperability, accessibility, continuity, security, and other features as disclosed to the End User and/or otherwise advertised or communicated to the public by the Publisher; and (ii) is fit for any particular purpose for which the End User requires it or reasonably expects from it or for normal use.
Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund to an End User if the End User makes a valid claim alleging the following circumstances:
In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
The financial institution referred to in Clause 9.1(v) of the main Agreement may refer to any non-bank payments or remittance service provider responsible for the exchange.

Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refunds. The Publisher shall issue a refund to Coda for the relevant amount paid by the End User and any applicable refund handling fee in the event that such refund is issued due to a default caused, or that should have been reasonably prevented, by the Publisher, in the performance of its obligations under the Agreement.

Publisher Content. The Publisher shall, at all times, ensure that the Publisher Content supplied and/or delivered to an End User: (i) can only be used, redeemed, or activated within the relevant game or app environment that is the subject matter of the Agreement (“Publisher Title”); (ii) the Publisher Content can only be redeemed by the Publisher issuer within the game or app environment of the relevant Publisher Title, (iii) and the denomination value of each Voucher issued by the Publisher shall not exceed US$2,000; and (iv) complies with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, government and judicial orders, judgments and decrees, or industry standards in each Territory.
End Users. The Publisher agrees and acknowledges that it will not have a claim or recourse against any End User for the value of a Successful Transaction that has not been or is yet to be settled by Coda to Publisher.
Terms imposed by Coda’s third-party payment and distribution partners and that apply to the Publisher
Restricted business. In addition to the prohibited content described in Clause 4.7 of the Agreement, the following businesses are also restricted or prohibited by Coda or Coda’s third party payment and distribution partners in the US. Written pre-approval of Coda is required.

The Publisher shall, at all times, ensure that the Publisher Content supplied and/or delivered to End User: (i) meets the description, quantity and quality, and possesses the functionality, compatibility, interoperability, accessibility, continuity, security, and other features as disclosed to the End User and/or otherwise advertised or communicated to the public by the Publisher; (ii) is fit for any particular purpose for which the End User requires it or reasonably expects from it or for normal use; (iii) complies with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, government and judicial orders, judgments and decrees, or industry standards in Hong Kong.
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Obligations in connection with the Game Industry Promotion Act and the Game Rating Administration Committee. The Publisher shall, at all times, comply with all obligations that shall apply to it under the Game Industry Promotion Act and any of its amendments (where applicable), and all applicable orders or directives of the Game Rating Administration Committee.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Obligations under the Payment Services Act. In the event that the Publisher is issuing prepaid currency, and is therefore subject to the requirements of the Payment Services Act of Japan and any of its amendments (where applicable), the Publisher shall, at all times, ensure that it is complying with all applicable obligations under such Act, including but not limited to registration or licensing and the payment of security deposit for issuance.
Double Payments. To ensure no risk of double-payment, End User’s obligation to pay Publisher shall extinguish upon the receipt of payment of the Publisher Content by Coda. For the avoidance of doubt, Coda shall bear the responsibility to pay the Publisher.
Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund to an End User if the End User complains under the following circumstances:
In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
No geographical restriction. The Publisher agrees and acknowledges that the sale of Publisher Content on Codashop in any European Territory shall not be restricted to that Territory only and such Publisher Content must also be made available for the End Users’ purchase in one or more of the following jurisdictions:

Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund to an End User if the End User complains under the following circumstances:
In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Customer support. The Publisher shall provide all necessary support and assistance required by Coda to attend and/or resolve the End User queries and/or complaints in respect of the Publisher Content in a timely manner. The Publisher shall respond to product-related queries and/or complaints submitted by the End User to Coda within the following timeframes.

Data Processing Addendum. The Publisher agrees to and shall comply with the Data Processing Addendum entered into between Coda and the Publisher.
Terms specific to the use of the Designated Coda Partner’s services.
Restricted business. In addition to the prohibited content described in Clause 4.7 of the Agreement, the following businesses are also restricted or prohibited by Coda or Coda’s third party payment and distribution partners in Europe. Written pre-approval of Coda is required.
Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund to an End User if the End User complains under the following circumstances:
In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section or where directed to do so by relevant government authorities as a result of the Publisher’s act or omission, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refunds. If Coda is informed by the Designated Coda Partner that, after carrying out its validation process or pursuant to directions by the relevant government authorities, the End User shall be issued a refund as a result of the Publisher’s act or omission, such refund of the entire Transaction Value (and not the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refunds. The Publisher shall issue a refund to Coda for the relevant amount paid by the End User and any applicable refund handling fee in the event that such refund is issued due to a default caused, or that should have been reasonably prevented, by the Publisher in the performance of its obligations under the Publisher Agreement.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to issues caused by the Publisher or defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refunds. Coda shall have the right to issue a refund of the full Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) to an End User if the End User complains that there is any default caused, or that should have been reasonably prevented, by the Publisher, and the Publisher Content has not been redeemed, activated, or otherwise consumed by the End User. In this circumstance, such refund of the entire Transaction Value (and not the amount remitted to Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Refunds. If Coda is informed by the Designated Coda Partner that, after carrying out its validation process or pursuant to directions by the relevant government authorities as a result of the Publisher’s act or omission, the End User shall be issued a refund, such refund of the entire Transaction Value (and not the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refunds. If an End User complains to the Designated Coda Partner for a refund for any reason whatsoever, the Designated Coda Partner may, at its sole discretion after carrying out its validation process to determine whether there is a valid refund request, issue the End User a refund. In such circumstances, such refund of the entire Transaction Value (and not the amount remitted to Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.

Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Obligations under the Payment Services Act. In the event that the Publisher is using Coda’s services to collect payments for E-Money, the Publisher further represents, warrants and undertakes that it shall do so only for such E-Money that is Limited Purpose E-Money.
For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the relevant definitions are set out in the Payment Services Act of Singapore and any of its amendments (where applicable).
Game Credits. Publisher warrants and undertakes that in the event it collects or receives payment from End Users for online game credits, top-ups, codes, vouchers or the like (“Game Credits”), which are or will be stored in a facility within the electronic game held and provided by the Publisher, such Game Credits shall only be used for payment for goods and/or services to be redeemed or purchased within such game.
Telcos. Designated Coda Partner may have the right to issue a notice in any form or manner which contains or includes a direction, command or other request to deal with any products or services in any manner following a determination by Designated Coda Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any breach (whether contemplated, anticipated, real or apparent) of its agreement with Coda or any provision of applicable law or other rule or direction of any official governmental, law enforcement or regulatory body or any person’s intellectual property right has or may occur (each a “Take-Down Notice”) to Publisher, and Publisher shall duly comply with the terms thereof. Publisher warrants and represents that it has actual knowledge of Designated Coda Partner’s right to issue Take-Down Notices under its agreement with Coda.
Publisher shall at all times during the term of the Agreement:
Publisher warrants and represents that Publisher has actual knowledge of the following obligations of Coda to Designated Coda Partner and Publisher undertakes that it shall not, through any act or omission, cause Coda to breach any of these obligations.
Codacash. Publisher Content sold using Codacash shall be priced not higher than the price for the same Publisher Content offered on other third parties’ platforms in the Territory. The Publisher agrees to comply with the Codacash terms and conditions posted on Coda’s website and as may be updated from time to time.
Refunds. For refunds issued to the End Users due to issues caused by the Publisher or defective, unredeemable or undelivered Publisher Content, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Refund. The Publisher shall issue a refund to Coda for the relevant amount paid by the End User in the event that such refund is issued due to a default caused, or that should have been reasonably prevented, by the Publisher in the performance of its obligations under the Publisher Agreement. In the event that Coda issues a refund pursuant to this section, the entire refunded Transaction Value (and not only the amount remitted to the Publisher) and any applicable refund handling fee shall be borne by the Publisher.
Restricted business. The following Publisher Content are restricted or prohibited by Coda or Coda’s third party payment and distribution partners. At least 45 days’ advance notice and written pre-approval of Coda is required.
